The I AM TAILORMADE™ Purpose & Mastery program is a high-touch 12-week intensive virtual micro-coaching experience designed by our Founder, Milton Ray to help you move from a state of "desolate identity" to one of authenticity, purpose, and peak performance.
This program empowers all five generations—Gen Alpha (11 years of age and under), Gen Z (ages 13-28), Millennials (ages 29-44), Gen X (ages 45-59), and Boomers (ages 60-78)—to reconnect with purpose and live with greater authenticity and meaning. This includes professionals, leaders, and high achievers who feel accomplished yet unfulfilled, while also offering adolescents and young adults a clear path toward a purpose-driven life.
Purpose Identification (our Self-Discovery phase) is about the "what." It's the process of unearthing your core beliefs, understanding your emotions, and reconnecting with your true nature and divine purpose. It forms the Meaning pillar of your journey.
Self-Mastery is about the "how." It's the practical application of your purpose, focused on cultivating Happiness and building a daily Legacy. This phase gives you the tools to make informed decisions, build new habits, and create an action plan that aligns with your authentic self, leading to peak performance.
Each participant receives:
- Short, daily virtual 1:1 focused micro-coaching sessions—often 10 to 20 minutes long with Milton Ray
